Mind the Gap are based out of New Canaan and have been playing around Fairfield County and New York since 2014. They are one of the most entertaining party bands in CT, and two - time winners of the prestigious Gates Restaurant Battle of the Bands competition in New Canaan - in both 2023 and 2019. The Last Hoorah is a trio that plays your favorite mix of Classic, Indie, Alternative and Today's Rock. Tom Petty, Paul Simon, The Allman Brothers, The Black Keys, Alabama Shakes, Nathaniel Rateliff and The Strokes are just a few of the artists you'll hear them cover at one of their shows. They are made up of 2 Berklee College of Music graduates, Carlos Miller (Vocals & Guitar) & Brian Rizzi (Drums). Along with Dave Washicoky (Bass), the band has been playing Fairfield Country for over a decade.
