The Destiny Band was Billy Genuario's full-time band from 1989-2000. Throughout the 90's it was one of the busiest and most sought after bands in the Tri-State area. As few as 4, or as many as 9 pieces, Billy G and Friends play a wide range of music from the past 70 years with most of the original members from the Destiny Band joining Billy for these shows. Their band's sound fuses warm acoustic and electric guitars over a solid rock rhythm section, while their lead singer delivers powerhouse vocals. The band formed in late 2021, and has already dominated the live music scene in Fairfield County--- recently branching out to the NYC area playing at The Delancey.
