The Restaurant Hive Kick Off Party at 314 from 12pm – 6pm!

The Hive is a collaborative effort created by the BJ Ryan’s Foundation in 2020 to bring together the top restauranteurs and raise money to feed underprivileged families in Norwalk during the holidays. The Hive is composed of twelve local restaurants and our goal is to feed 500 families for Thanksgiving.

We work directly with the Norwalk Public School social workers to identify 20 families in need of help. With their guidance we are able to donate a $100 ShopRite gift card to each family. The Hive raises these funds through donations from private and corporate donors as well as the sale of raffle tickets. The past three years we have reached our goal of $50,000, any funds raised over that will be put towards the Christmas holiday season. There are zero administration fees and 100% of the proceeds go directly to feeding these families.
