Donation Request?
314 Beer Garden is committed to supporting nonprofit organizations within our community. Our goal is to creatively find ways to collaborate with each cause, doing our best to support as many of the inquiries as we can. But due to the nature of being a small business, combined with the vast amount of requests that we receive, we must be selective.
Below are the requirements that must be met in order to be considered for a donation.
- Your group, organization, or event must be located within Connecticut, preferably within Fairfield County.
- You must provide a current 501(c)(3) designation number and letter.
- All requests must be made at least one month from the date of the event. Any request made with less than one month before the event may be declined.
- Organizations may only receive one donation per year from 314 Beer Garden.
- All requests must be submitted through our website portal. Any letters, emails or phone calls will be directed to fill out the form below.
- We ask that your organization please provide a volunteer to pick up any donations at 314 Beer Garden.
- We reserve the right to accept or deny any donation request.
There are two options: we can donate a gift card and/or gift basket for your auction/event OR we can donate our space on a Tuesday evening for your 3 hour fundraising event. 15% of bar sales during the event will also be donated. At this time, we do not buy ads or pay for sponsorship.
